We all want to enjoy a healthy and prolonged sex life and for that health is very important.
The bad habits that we enjoy a lot are degrading our health slowly. This degradation over a period of time, ruins us internally, small issues start to arise, if not checked lead to bigger health issues, which will ultimately affect your sex life. Low libido, erectile dysfunction, problem in getting a fully erect dick are some of the issues that we face.
You must have noticed that when you were younger you had a harder and better erection than today, I am supposing that you are in mid 30’s or 40’s. Even if you are in 20’s this blog post can be of some help to you.
The main reasons that degrade our health –
- Bad Foods – You become what you eat, if you depend more in Junk food, then sooner or later you will become Junk yourself
- Lack of Exercise – This body is not meant to sit long hours for work or to lie on the couch and binge-watch some web series, this is a machine, and if you do not use it, you will lose it
- Too much masturbation – You may self-pleasure yourself, but it should be done once or twice a week and only when you get too horny. If you have made this a habit of ejaculating every time when you feel like it, then it is definitely not good for your mental well-being, you lose energy and focus
- Alcohol Abuse – This will fuck you in the long run. You may initially even enjoy drinking and sex, but after a decade you will start to see that you don’t get fully erect, holding an erection during intercourse can also occur. Alcohol directly doesn’t affect your Penis, it affects all the other organs, and when all the other essential organs are disturbed, you will face issues in your sex life too, Alcohol badly affects the liver as it has to work hard to remove toxins, then Kidneys will also have to work hard because after a couple of years, your Liver will not be able to remove all the toxins, Alchohol also effects your Lungs which also cause Alcohol Breathe. If toxins are getting deposited in your bloodstream, your vital organs are facing issues or they have to work hard to remove those toxins, how can you think that your Penis will get as hard as it used to get? Straight sex is all about hardness in the penis.
- Smoking – Just like Alcohol, smoking will fuck all your vital organs and not just your lungs. If you even eat good food but you have a smoking habit, it will interfere with its digestion and absorption. So, you will not be getting the full benefit of the good food that you eat, also over a period of time things will get worse, and your internal system will get disrupted. It also increases the risk of several cancers.
- Stress – Even if you are not smoking, you don’t drink, you eat home-cooked meals, you are under a lot of stress, you are worried all the time, you have negative mental thoughts, you don’t pray, you don’t listen to good people, you are not motivated, your have emotional issues with friends, family members, you worry much about things that you cannot control, stress will fuck you for real. In the end, it comes to controlling your mind, I know it is hard, but you have to try. Leaving habits like smoking and drinking are even tougher in case when you are stressed.
You need to re-imagine your life, you need to destress yourself, you need to detox, you need to completely stop smoking, and you need to limit alcohol intake or stop it too if possible. Eat fruits, and vegetables, and don’t eat too much meat, eggs, or even milk. Light exercise is a must on a daily basis, at least 30 30-minutes daily, and some exercise, don’t stress yourself too much but do some physical activity. Saying “No” to your mental thoughts is also very important.
